1. Our services

Alone Media provides website design and development, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads management, content and branding services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are set out in the proposal, quotation or invoice shared with you ("Proposal"). If there is any conflict, the Proposal will prevail over these Terms.

2. Quotations and pricing

• Prices shown on our website are indicative "starting from" prices. The final fee depends on the scope agreed in the Proposal.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
• Fees for clients in India are subject to applicable GST. Services to clients outside India are billed as export of services in the currency stated in the Proposal (such as USD or AED), without Indian GST where permitted under law.
• Any taxes, bank charges or currency conversion charges applicable in the Client’s country are borne by the Client.

3. Payment terms

• Website projects: 50% advance before work starts and the remaining 50% before final handover or making the website live, unless the Proposal states otherwise.
• Digital marketing and SEO retainers: payable monthly in advance.
• Advertising budgets for Google, Meta or other platforms are separate from our service fee and are paid by the Client, either directly to the platform or to us in advance.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer or through our secure online payment gateway (such as Razorpay). We do not store card or bank details.
• If a payment is delayed by more than 7 days, we may pause work until the payment is received.

4. Client responsibilities

The Client will provide content, logos, images, product or service information, domain and hosting access and timely feedback needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline. The Client confirms that all material provided to us is owned by them or that they have the right to use it.

5. Timelines and revisions

Delivery timelines mentioned in the Proposal are estimates in working days and start after receipt of the advance payment and the required content. The number of revision rounds included is stated in the Proposal; additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

6. Domain, hosting and third-party tools

Domains, hosting, premium plugins, themes, stock images and third-party software are subject to their providers’ own terms and renewal fees. Unless included in the Proposal, these are paid by the Client. Alone Media is not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes by third-party providers.

7. Ownership and intellectual property

After full and final payment, the Client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them. Alone Media retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how. Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing, we may show the completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

8. Results and advertising

Digital marketing, SEO and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, search engine and platform algorithms, budget and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or return on ad spend. Advertising platforms may approve, reject or restrict ads according to their own policies.

9. Support and maintenance

Website projects include free technical support for the period stated in the Proposal (normally 15 days after go-live) to fix bugs in the work delivered. Ongoing updates, new features and maintenance after this period are charged separately.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any business information, login details and other non-public information shared during the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alone Media’s total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or business.

12. Termination

Either party may end a project or retainer by giving written notice. Fees for work already completed up to the date of termination remain payable. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. We will always try to resolve concerns amicably first.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website on the date of your Proposal will apply to your project.
